Compensation- Base Salary: $120,000 USD per year
- Target Commission Structure: $120,000 USD per year
- Additional Incentives: Bonuses and rewards for achieving sales milestones and exceeding targets.
The RoleWorking in a fast-paced, innovative environment, the Account Executive will report to the Head of Sales and be responsible for obtaining new logos. This individual will be empowered to prospect and sell the Apploi Workforce Management Platform to organizations within the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of outbounding deals and can manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, account planning, cold and warm outreach, multi-threading, networking, contract negotiation, and closing.
Who You Are- At least 3 to 5 years of enterprise selling experience (Healthcare Industry a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in tapping into personal and professional network to achieve revenue targets
- Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Self starter, intrinsically motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed
- Adaptability to new initiatives
- Salesforce Experience, a plus
What You'll Do- Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business Generate opportunities within a designated healthcare segment
- Utilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accounts
- Prepare and present product demonstrations
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
- Manage a book of business and own the full sales cycle
- Target key decision-makers determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences (~20% travel)
