Account Executive to join our
Employee Benefits team in our
Melville, NY office on a Hybrid work schedule.
Job ResponsibilitiesTo service new and existing Ancillary Large and Small Group accounts and coordinate account activity:
- Work within a fast-paced team environment supporting Vice President of Sales
- Service and monitor in-force accounts and disseminate account activity.
- Evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed.
- Receive, review and forward, policies and other documents as necessary.
- Scrub and submit requests for proposals.
- Manage renewal process.
- Interact with carriers regarding submissions and escalated complaints.
- Prepare benefit and cost comparisons using quoting system and/or excel spreadsheeting.
- Process new business (on-boarding of cases)
- Respond to service inquiries.
- Update internal reporting systems and internal databases (as necessary)
- Prepare and validate accuracy of end of period reporting for Sales VP and COO
- Attend Client meetings or Open Enrollment meetings as needed.
- Attend Industry Events to Promote FNA
- Create and track RFP process for Large Groups

Position Qualifications- College degree and/or 5-7 years related experience.

Apply today.The expected salary range for this position is $41.21/hr to $43.96/hr and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
