Full Job Description
The Degrees[redacted] Account Executive serves as a vital member of the Partner Engagement Team and is responsible for executing the strategic outreach vision of the team and Enterprise Partnerships. This role directly supports our key account's network of dealers and affiliated dealer groups within assigned territories, including growing the list of participating dealers, coordinating outreach events for prospective and participating dealers, and supporting other affiliated business channels within the account.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the key account, from a client management perspective, within shared territories.
  • Coordinate and execute all outreach events, in partnership with the key account, including trade shows, conferences, business center sessions, dealer prospects, affiliated school sessions, and other presentations as assigned.
  • Coordinate and execute prospective dealer communications, in support of the key account, including email campaigns, print and electronic marketing collateral, social media, and other campaigns as assigned.
  • Provide support to the key account in pursuit of converting dealers from prospect to executed contract within assigned territories.
  • Identify and pursue new or expanded opportunities with participating dealers to increase utilization of the Degrees@Work program within affiliated organizations or dealer groups.
  • Identify and pursue new or expanded opportunities with participating dealers and/or affiliated dealer groups to expose them to additional SEI programs and services, when applicable.
  • Develop and manage a network of contacts and referral sources.
  • Assess client needs and provide feedback to the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the larger Partner Engagement and Enterprise Partnerships Teams to ensure strategic alignment and adoption of best practices.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience:

  • Four to six years99 experience with demonstrated success in account management, business development, and/or corporate outreach; preferably in selling in the automotive or education industries

Education:

  • Bachelor99s degree from an accredited institution required

Other:

  • Must be able to travel up to 50-75% of time
  • Travel via plane, car, and public transportation may be required to perform this job
  • Must have the flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor
