Full Job Description
Alkami is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Account Executive to drive growth for the MANTL product, Alkami's account opening platform, within financial institutions. This role will focus on expanding MANTL's footprint across Community Banks in the West Coast Region of the U.S partnering with C-level decision-makers to deliver innovative SaaS solutions.

You will be part of a high-performing team known for deep expertise in the financial services space. We differentiate not only through our technology, but through our understanding of banking and credit union operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically identify, qualify, and close 6-figure+ deal with C-level executives within Community banks.
  • Expert Consultative Selling: Take a thoughtful, consultative approach to understanding client needs, articulating complex product concepts in a digestible manner, and demonstrating the unique value of MANTL's solutions.
  • Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Skillfully manage multi-layered stakeholder environments, read the room, and guide challenging sales processes from initial engagement to successful close.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture key relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner and industry expert.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking progress from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work actively with internal teams to help build best-in- class processes for the future of MANTL sales, operating with a solutions- oriented mindset.
  • Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, contributing directly to MANTL's growth.


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of proven experience in either:
  • Enterprise Sales: A history of successfully closing 6-figure+ software or cloud-based solutions to banks and financial institutions, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Consulting: Experience in a consulting role, adept at managing complex conversations with multi-layered stakeholders to drive results, and a track record of developing key client relationships.
  • Ability to articulate complex products or concepts into clear, digestible information.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling approach and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in both verbal and written communication.
  • Experience using not only Salesforce.com but other modern sales tools, including AI to scale efficiencies.

The salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $153,000 + Commissions
