Position title

Account Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Executive to help grow Inspekt AI by driving outbound sales, managing qualified prospects through the sales cycle, and closing new business. You will work directly with leadership and collaborate closely with operations and product teams to ensure that prospects understand the value of our solution and how it fits into their workflows.

This role is suited for someone who is commercially strong, proactive, credible in front of senior stakeholders, and comfortable selling a SaaS product with a technical angle. You should be able to open doors, run discovery, present value clearly, handle objections, and move opportunities forward without needing constant hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound sales activities, including email, LinkedIn, calls, and other targeted prospecting methods
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities within target industries such as property, construction, building operations, inspection, and related sectors
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, workflows, buying processes, and technical requirements
  • Present Inspekt AI's platform and value proposition in a clear, confident, and commercially effective way
  • Run product demos and commercial discussions with prospects and senior decision-makers
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Coordinate internally with leadership, operations, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and proposals are realistic
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, follow-up plans, and forecasting
  • Provide structured feedback from prospects and customers to help improve positioning, messaging, and product development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales materials, outreach messaging, and sales processes

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or other technology-driven solutions
  • Strong experience selling to senior stakeholders such as directors, vice presidents, asset owners, property decision-makers, or similar buyer groups
  • Confidence and maturity in commercial conversations; not a junior SDR profile pretending to be an AE
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a practical, customer-friendly way
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Highly organized, proactive, and disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving company where processes are improving and not everything is handed to you on a plate
  • Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Strongly Preferred
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience selling software or technical solutions related to construction, architecture, engineering, facilities, inspections, GIS, drones, CAD, asset management, or PropTech
  • Experience selling products such as AutoCAD, Procore, or other technical platforms into relevant industries
  • Experience working with US or European markets
  • Track record of both booking quality meetings and closing business, not just generating activity
