Overview

We're looking for an Account Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives across one of Canada's most iconic retail brands. Partnering closely with clients and cross-functional agency teams to deliver impactful, culturally relevant work at scale.

This role is ideal for a strategic, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced integrated environment and knows how to balance creative ambition with operational excellence. You'll oversee complex campaign development across brand, retail, digital, social, OOH and production while building strong client relationships and driving collaboration across strategy, creative, media and production teams.

You bring strong business, operational and commercial acumen, with experience managing integrated workflows, scopes, budgets and resourcing across complex businesses. You're equally comfortable shaping briefs, navigating complexity, mentoring junior team members and championing great creative work from concept through execution.

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
