OverviewThe Account Director has a passion for creativity and is responsible for developing ongoing business relationships from the prospect stage through existing account management. The Account Director leads and manages a significant piece of business, client engagements, and partnerships with internal creative, strategy, and production teams. The position is focused on, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of the agency's services. The quality of the work is paramount, and the Account Director is responsible for creating idea-friendly environments within the account service team and the client walls.
Responsibilities- Provide regular client business updates to the broader team
- Work with finance and program management on monthly burn report and resource utilization
- Understand project deliverables and identify incremental creative opportunities
- Work with Fallon CMO to provide monthly updates for Sales Force
- Work with Strategy and Creative Directors to finalize briefs
- Lead Integrated Agency Team relationships
- Monthly hours/staffing report and review with client
- Lead all aspects of large-scale productions
- Work, in conjunction with Sr Director/GAD and Program Management, on project fee scoping/estimating
- Regularly identifies areas of growth for the agency
- Mentoring and Leading Account Supervisors and Managers
Qualifications- 8+years of agency experience
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Experience working on large creative campaigns and complex productions; bonus points for experience working on Super Bowl campaigns
- High EQ
- Senior level strategic POV development
- Ability to manage cross disciple team
- Adept at identifies risks and pivots appropriately
- Strong business acumen

Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
