You understand that strong relationships and dependable communication are essential for building trust and confidence. Responsibilities:

Client Management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a trusted day-to-day contact.
• Lead regular client meetings to review progress, assess performance, and identify evolving business needs.
• Communicate recommendations and provide thoughtful counsel to support client objectives.

Account & Project Management
• Support the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for pharmaceutical clients.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate key communications initiatives, including:

o External spokesperson engagements (influencers, patients, healthcare providers

o Social media programs

o Earned media relations

o Press and PR events
• Oversee project timelines, work plans, editorial calendars, agendas, meeting notes, and run-of- show documents.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, partner agencies, vendors, media, and other external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify project risks early and implement solutions to keep work on track.

Team Support and Oversight
• Delegate work effectively while providing clear direction, coaching, and oversight to project leads and junior team members.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment through regular one-on-one meetings and ongoing feedback.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth and career development. Financial Management
• Develop project estimates and statements of work for new and existing business.
• Manage project budgets, out-of-pocket expenses (OOPs), invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Support forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue projections in partnership with senior leadership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years' experience in healthcare communications
• Experience working in regulated environments, including familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes
• Veeva Vault experience
• Willingness to travel as needed

Desired Characteristics:
• Strong communicator, writer and strategic thinking with collaboration, high-energy approach
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and competing priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in executing productions, content strategies and creative planning
• Understanding of influencer marketing (HCP, celebrity, macro, micro and patient), including identification, vetting, contracting, and activation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
• High attention to detail and quality control across all deliverables
• Proactive communicator who anticipates needs and keeps teams aligned
• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with the ability to drive projects forward independently
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively manage up and down within a large team environment

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130K to $140K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
