WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Responsible for growing existing revenue and developing Geo Integrated Revenue lines for all Ampersand offices with the large holding companies and regional agencies. Implements strategies with Ampersand GSM's, DOS and sales teams on delivering cross platform approaches at Scale with our audience-based, data backed video solutions. Collaborates with all of Ampersand's various Sales teams on the best approach to maximize Ampersand's Integrated revenue stream across brands.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:- Exceed revenue goals, as established by senior management, for Digital business by assigned region.
- Be instrumental in the growth of existing business by assisting sales teams and driving new digital business opportunities through existing relationships and business development efforts.
- Support the process for our existing client base (Pre-Sale, Post Sale and Activation) in order to protect the existing integrated business lines and help grow revenue, along with support for local digital Account Managers for all post sale and activation.
- Be instrumental in two-way communication and workflow process' with all affiliate partners.
- Educate the sales teams on the digital media landscape as well as the value of Ampersand products/services.
- Be diligent in the pursuit of spreading our value proposition in the market.
- Participate in all relevant Agency Summits or client functions.
- Join all relevant industry trade or networking organizations as approved by senior management.
- Communicating with Regional counterparts or assigned agencies and clients.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:- Business development experience of 5+ years required.
- Digital Sales and Management Experience.
- Linear Cable TV experience a plus.
- Agency and Client development experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of all digital media with a good understanding of programmatic, addressable solutions and the OTT space.
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills a must.
- Ability to work across multifunctional teams.

Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in New York. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance.
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Salary Range Transparency This role offers a base salary of $120,000 - $186,000 plus significant incentive compensation.
