Job Description

The Account-Based Marketing Specialist supports the execution of targeted marketing programs for strategic and global accounts, helping drive customer growth through coordinated, customer-centric initiatives. This role partners closely with account teams and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to develop and deliver high-impact campaigns, messaging, and sales enablement materials. With a strong focus on execution, stakeholder alignment, and project coordination, the position ensures marketing activities are effectively planned, launched, and optimized to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute account-based marketing campaigns for strategic and global accounts
  • Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives
  • Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Develop and align customer-facing content and messaging
  • Support sales enablement with account-specific materials
  • Track campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all marketing activities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, or ABM support
    Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Account-Based Marketing & Execution
  • Working knowledge of ABM concepts and marketing campaign execution
    Ability to support account plans through coordinated marketing initiatives
  • Project Coordination (Critical): Strong ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
    Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, customer-friendly messaging
    Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and account teams
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
    Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
  • Ability to track performance and interpret data

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $70,200 to $93,600 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
