Access & Scheduling Systems Analyst (Hybrid - Quarterly Onsite Philadelphia, PA)OverviewOur client is seeking an Access & Scheduling Systems Analyst to support the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of patient access applications. This role will focus on improving scheduling, referral workflows, and patient-facing tools while partnering with operational teams to drive efficiency and system optimization.
This is a hybrid role requiring ~4 days per quarter onsite in Long Branch, NJ. Candidates must reside in NJ, PA, or NY.
Key Responsibilities- Support application build, configuration, testing, and upgrades
- Analyze workflows and implement improvements across scheduling and referral processes
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
- Develop and execute test scripts; document changes and resolutions
- Partner with clinical and operational teams on enhancements and system optimization
- Participate in go-live support and ongoing maintenance activities
Qualifications- 1-4+ years of experience in application support, healthcare IT preferred
- Experience with scheduling, referrals, or workflow-based systems
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills - Experience with decision trees, scheduling optimization, or provider search tools
- Epic Cadence and/or Prelude certification preferred
Salary: $100,000-$112,000/year
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
