Overview:

This role is primarily remote; however, candidates must be based in or near Atlanta and able to attend in-person meetings at our Atlantic Station office approximately once every two weeks. Additional on-site presence may be required for key meetings, strategy sessions, design collaborations, and practice site visits.

Responsibilities:

Drive Physician Enterprise performance through the leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on patient access, capacity management, and operational optimization. Serve as a strategic partner to clinical, operational, and executive leadership to design, implement, and sustain scalable solutions that improve access to care, provider schedule utilization, and overall patient and provider experience. This role is accountable for improving measurable access performance outcomes (e.g. schedule utilization, lead time, throughput) through workflow, system, and operational design. The Access Optimization Consultant translates operational strategy into actionable workflows, system requirements, and governance aligned decisions, ensuring initiatives deliver sustained, enterprise-level impact.

Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized college or university in Health Systems, Engineering, Healthcare/Business Administration or related field Required
  • Masters Degree Preferred

Work Experience
  • 5 years progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, quality, or process improvement, to include three (3) years in a healthcare environment Required
  • Program management experience Preferred
