You Are:A senior Oracle Financials testing authority who commands the full quality assurance lifecycle - from test strategy through go-live sign-off. You bring rare dual depth: you understand Oracle Fusion functionally across and you know exactly where and how implementations break under test conditions. At the Senior Manager level, you own programme-wide test governance, lead onshore and offshore QA squads, and hold the final call on cutover readiness. Clients trust you to protect their go-live. You do not just manage testing what good looks like.
The Work:- Own the end-to-end test strategy and quality governance for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations - covering SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance, and cutover testing
- Define and enforce testing standards, entry/exit criteria, defect triage protocols, and sign-off thresholds across all workstreams; ensure alignment with programme milestones and go-live readiness
- Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore testing squads; set priorities, manage capacity, resolve blockers, and drive accountability to test cycle timelines
- Serve as the senior functional voice on Oracle Financials test design - author and review test scenarios, scripts, and expected outcomes for Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
- Partner with integration, data migration, and technical workstream leads to design and execute end-to-end test scenarios spanning Oracle Financials and connected third-party platforms
- Lead UAT preparation and execution with client finance and operations teams; facilitate defect review sessions, drive resolution, and obtain formal business sign-off
- Define and oversee performance and stress testing for high-volume financial transaction processing; interpret results and escalate architecture-level risks
- Manage defect lifecycle end-to-end - from logging and root cause analysis through resolution, regression, and closure; produce executive-ready defect dashboards and test progress reports
- Govern cutover testing and parallel-run validation; own the go/no-go test readiness assessment presented to programme leadership and client executives
- Evaluate and deploy test automation tooling (e.g. Oracle Application Testing Suite, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca) to accelerate regression cycles and improve coverage on repeat deployments
- Contribute to Accenture Edge test accelerator development - reusable test scripts, scenario libraries, and QA playbooks for Oracle Financials mid-market deployments
- Mentor and develop junior test analysts and functional consultants; build team capability in Oracle Financials testing and structured QA practices
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What You Need:- Minimum 8 years of Oracle Financials implementation experience, with at least 5 years leading test strategy and QA delivery on Oracle Cloud ERP programs
- Minimum of 5 years of functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, including period-close, reconciliation, and sub-ledger accounting
- Minimum of 4 years governing and leading distributed test teams (onshore and offshore) of 5 or more; able to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Minimum of 4 years defining and managing defect triage, escalation, and resolution processes in a structured SDLC environment; proficiency with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM)
- Minimum of 4 years engaging and presenting confidently with client Finance leadership, PMO, and C-suite on test status, risks, and go-live readiness
- Minimum of 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials go-lives with full-cycle testing ownership - SIT, UAT, regression, integration, performance, and cutover
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points- Hands-on experience with test automation platforms in Oracle Cloud environments - Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent
- Functional consulting background in Oracle Financials - able to configure, not just test; understanding of setups underpinning Financials behaviour accelerates root cause analysis
- Experience testing Oracle Financials integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. OIC, middleware, D2C commerce, EDI)
- Experience with data migration testing - validating financial data conversion from legacy ERP systems into Oracle Fusion
- Knowledge of AI-assisted test generation and intelligent defect prediction tools applied to Oracle Cloud environments
- Oracle Cloud certification (Financials or Testing-related) and/or ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
- MBA and/or CPA / CA designation
