THE WORK:- You'll review and understanding of project scope and required services prior to commissioning activities.
- You'll review of protect schemes for incorporation into new designs.
- You'll be responsible for the Development of Commissioning Plans including Outage and Energization and Development of Commissioning Forms for testing documentation.
- You'll collaborate closely with contractors, design engineers, operations teams, and clients to support successful project execution.
- You'll lead multidiscipline teams during commissioning, provide technical guidance and resolve any testing/commissioning/energization issues and deliver all required documentation.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Must have a BS/BA degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET (or Owner approved equivalent) accredited college/university, and 5 years' experience in the following areas: Construction, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment, Relay protection and control systems, Start-up and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems, Electrical Field engineering, Arc Flash safety training, Troubleshooting of electrical equipment or systems.
- SCADA and communication systems Specialized advanced training is also required (e.g., PTI. WPI, ECNE PUI, a graduate level engineering degree).
- Professional experience in commissioning and testing of electrical substations, including supervision of construction, commissioning, and energization activities
- Professional knowledge of electrical systems, protection & control, and substation equipment
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the field
- Professional experience with problem-solving and decision-making under project deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across New York State

$115,000 - $125,000 a year
