Job Description:The Transformation and Integration Initiatives team enables the Accelerator Leadership Team (ALT) to deliver a step change in performance through the Transformation and Integration Program. Our goal is to deliver quality growth, integrate with pace and purpose, and drive operational excellence.
The Transformation and Integration Initiatives team is looking for a PMO to play a key role in supporting the
Accelerator Sales Integration journey. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to gain exposure across Accelerator's integration, work on a range of high-impact, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, and collaborate directly with Sales leadership. In this role, you will understand how our Accelerator Sales teams drive growth, customer synergy, and value creation, while aligning with the global strategy. You will become adept at "managing vision and purpose" and "influencing without authority" to drive enterprise-wide Sales priorities that set Accelerator up for long-term success.
This is a temporary project funded role with an end date of December 31st, 2027.What are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, business transformation etc.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (primarily domestic North America to support regional sales hubs and key customer forums, with occasional international travel).
- PMO / IMO Leadership: Proven track record of leading PMO efforts for sales transformations, sales integrations, or route-to-market initiatives, ideally within a multi-channel environment.
- High-Stake Executive Exposure: Demonstrable experience preparing materials for, presenting to, and collaborating with senior sales, and executive leadership teams.
- Consumer Goods Industry: Deep experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is required, with a strong understanding of the North American retail landscape (e.g., Grocery, Mass, Club, and Convenience channels).
Preferred but not necessary:- Sales Breadth: Broad experience working across or directly supporting Sales, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Revenue Management to easily transition between diverse business and customer topics
What will be your key responsibilities?1. Setting the Sales Transformation Roadmap and Governance Requirements- Sales Roadmap Orchestration: Support the Head of Accelerator Sales Integration to develop and maintain the Accelerator Sales Integration Roadmap. Translate high-level sales-force integration ambitions into clear, actionable "Now, Next, Later" execution plans. Act as the PMO lead to help develop and maintain Integration Roadmaps, working in partnership with Regional Work Stream Leads, Field Sales leaders, and PMOs.
- Agile Governance: In partnership with the Director of Integration & Transformation, determine how to feed Accelerator Sales milestones into the Global Integration Management office, regional Sales governance structures, and the iPLC process. Determine key meeting participants, design sign-off protocols for Sales changes, and upskill sales and customer-facing teams as they adopt new integration processes.
- Risk & Customer Impact Management: Proactively identify execution risks, resource bottlenecks, and structural tensions across different retail channels, broker networks, and sales regions. Ensure business continuity for key retail customers during system and process cutovers.
2. Providing Disruptive Thought Leadership & Strategic Co-Piloting- Sales Initiative Co-Pilot: Act as a thought partner and execution expert to Sales leaders on complex, highly sensitive projects to navigate Sales integration processes and retail partner transitions.
- Synthesis & Framing: Synthesize complex route-to-market problems and customer segmentation challenges into highly structured, simple frameworks to help mobilize regional sales teams.
- Track and Drive Results: Hold leaders accountable for delivering the program through identified milestones, sales KPIs, or stage gates, and report progress up to the Director of Integration & Transformation to consolidate.
3. Connecting and Prioritizing Sales Initiatives Across the Enterprise- Enterprise & Sales Connection: Provide support to create strong linkages between the Accelerator Integration leads, the Accelerator sales organization, and broader regional market leadership teams to drive alignment on shared customer plans and growth priorities.
- Prioritization & Sales Enablement Resource Alignment: Establish clear frameworks for Sales initiative prioritization, ensuring that sales team energy and Sales funding are strictly focused on projects that deliver the highest value creation and protect customer relationships.
4. Driving Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, & Culture- Sales Change Leadership: Work in partnership with Change leaders to ensure robust transition and enablement plans are in place for key sales systems, commercial tools, and incentive program alignments.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead the organization and facilitation of virtual and face-to-face workshops on Sales Integration related workstreams, cross-functional projects.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
