Job Description:

The Transformation and Integration Initiatives team enables the Accelerator Leadership Team (ALT) to deliver a step change in performance through the Transformation and Integration Program. Our goal is to deliver quality growth, integrate with pace and purpose and drive operational excellence.

The Transformation and Integration Initiatives team is looking for a PMO to play a key role in supporting Accelerator's strategic integration journey. The role provides an opportunity to gain exposure across areas of Accelerator's global integration and the opportunity to work on a range of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

This role provides an exceptional opportunity to understand how our Global team works with regional markets to drive growth, synergy, and value creation. In this role, you will become adept at "managing vision and purpose" and "influencing without authority" to drive enterprise-wide priorities that will set Accelerator up for long-term success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Setting the Transformation Roadmap and Governance Requirements
  • Roadmap Orchestration: Support the Integration & Transformation Lead for Accelerator International to develop and maintain the Acc Int Roadmaps. Translate high-level strategic ambitions into clear, actionable "Now, Next, Later" execution plans. Act as the PMO lead, to help develop and maintain Accelerator International Integration Roadmaps, working in partnership with Integration & Transformation Lead for Accelerator International, Regional Work Stream Leads and PMOs.
  • Agile Governance: In partnership with the Director of Integration & Transformation; determine how to feed into the Mars Snacking Global Integration Management office, the regional integration managements offices and also manage the iPLC process in which key initiatives ladder into this program. Determining who needs to be in which meetings, where sign offs will take place, upskilling others as they go through the process.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify execution risks, resource bottlenecks, and structural tensions across different geographies.


Providing Disruptive Thought Leadership & Strategic Co-Piloting
  • Integration Initiative Co-Pilot: Act as a thought partner and execution expert to senior leaders on complex, highly sensitive projects to navigate Integration processes and stakeholders.
  • Synthesis & Framing: Synthesize complex business problems into highly structured, simple frameworks to help mobilize teams.
  • Track and Drive Results: Hold accountable the leaders to deliver the program through identified milestones or stage gates and report up to Director Integration & Transformation to consolidate.


Connecting and Prioritizing Integration Initiatives Across the Enterprise
  • Enterprise Connection: Provide support to create strong linkages between the Accelerator Integration leads, the broader Mars Snacking network, and regional market leadership teams to drive alignment on shared initiatives and growth priorities.
  • Prioritization & Resource Alignment: Establish clear frameworks for initiative prioritization, ensuring that the organization's energy and funding are strictly focused on the projects that deliver the highest value creation.


Driving Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, & Culture
  • Change Leadership: Work in partnership with Change leaders to ensure change plans are in place for key programs.
  • Workshop facilitation: lead the organization and facilitation of virtual and face to face workshops on Integration related workstreams and projects


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Years of Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, program management, business transformation, or corporate development.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% (both domestic and international) to support local market integrations and key forums.
  • Command Skills & Executive Presence: Comfortably interfaces with members of multiple management teams and senior leaders across the business; stands strong and confident with "C" suite executives.
  • Comfort Around Higher Management: Understands how senior leaders think and work; speaks their language and successfully navigates executive dynamics.
  • Organizational Agility: Highly adept at navigating complex, matrixed global organizations and influencing without formal authority.

  • Mastery of Process & Strategy Execution: Expert at breaking down high-level strategy into structured, bite-sized phases of execution that can scale globally.
  • PMO / IMO Leadership: Proven track record of PMOing transformation initiatives, ideally with with multi market geographic scope
  • Cross-Functional Breadth: Broad experience working across multiple functions (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, to easily transition between diverse business topics.
  • High-Stake Executive Exposure: Demonstrable experience preparing materials for, presenting to, and collaborating with senior leadership teams
  • Consumer Goods Industry: Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is highly valued.
