The Opportunity

As an Acceleration Center Banking Implementation Project Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Technology Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to enhance service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty. Your guidance will be instrumental in implementing customer service technologies, designing service models, and fostering customer-centric service cultures.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
