Compensation and Bonus Structure- Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.
- Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
Bonus Structure- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
- Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Monday - Friday: 11:00AM - 6:30PM
Saturday: 9:00AM -12:00PM (Based upon patient attendance) - Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest.
