Job Summary:

The ABX Product & Insights Manager is responsible for the management of the Firm's ABX platform including strategy, operational execution, and adoption to support account-based experiences (ABX) and revenue growth. This role leads account list and audience design, buyer journey and intent topic strategy, segmentation, and activation readiness to enable consistent execution across paid media, web personalization, sales engagement, and marketing automation in partnership with marketing channel owners and other stakeholders.

This position delivers reporting and insights on account engagement, buying signals, and audience performance; translates stakeholder needs into platform requirements and priorities; and partners with Marketing Operations (MOPs) to uphold governance, data integrity, and scalable processes across Demandbase and connected systems. This role also drives enablement and adoption through training, office hours, documentation, and usage monitoring, while supporting continuous improvement aligned to ABX standards.

Job Duties:
  • Serves as the Demandbase business product owner, managing platform priorities, backlog, requirements, and change management to support ABX strategy and business outcomes
  • Owns account list strategy, audience design, buyer journey models, intent topic strategy, segmentation, and activation readiness for ABX programs
  • Partners with channel owners to activate audiences across paid, web, email, and sales channels and validate targeting, measurement, and execution plans
  • Builds, maintains, and publishes dashboards and recurring insights on account engagement, intent, reach, pipeline influence, and audience performance by segment and campaign
  • Monitors audience health and platform usage, identifies performance trends or discrepancies, and collaborates with various marketing functions to address data quality, taxonomy, and integration issues
  • Defines and supports governance, standards, QA processes, and documentation for audience creation, naming conventions, activation readiness, and ongoing platform use in partnership with MOPs
  • Leads enablement programs, including training sessions, office hours, job aids, stakeholder communications, and adoption monitoring with follow-up coaching and optimization
  • Manages platform support intake for ABX users, triage requests, coordinate issue resolution and vendor escalations as needed, and tracks follow-up actions to closure

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; focus in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Project Management, preferred

Experience
  • Five (5) or more years of marketing or communications experience, including (3) or more years of ABM/ABX operations experience, required
  • Experience working within a professional services environment (i.e., accounting, financial consulting, business advisory services and/or banking industries), preferred

License(s)/Certification(s)
  • N/A

Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, required
  • Experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platform, required
  • Experience with CRM systems, required; prior experience with MS Dynamics, preferred
  • Experience with AI tools and technology (i.e., Copilot), preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $90,000 - $110,000
Maryland Range: $90,000 - $110,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $90,000 - $110,000
