ABA Clinical Director - Southpoint Clinic

Brightstone Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate ABA Clinical Director to lead our Southpoint clinic and support the continued growth of our clinical team.

As a family-owned, BCBA-led organization, we are intentional about creating a culture centered around clinical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Our leadership team understands the responsibility that comes with providing high-quality ABA services and is committed to supporting clinicians through mentorship, collaboration, and continued development.

The ABA Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership for the Southpoint clinic while maintaining approximately half a clinical caseload. This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys developing other clinicians, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals, analyzing clinical data, and helping create a positive and supportive clinic culture.

What You'll Do
  • Provide clinical leadership for ABA services at the Southpoint clinic, ensuring ethical, high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and Student Analysts through coaching, case consultation, observation, and ongoing feedback
  • Oversee treatment plans, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), progress reports, and clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and support data-informed treatment modifications
  • Maintain approximately half a clinical caseload, including supervision, caregiver training, and initial and reauthorization assessments
  • Partner with the Operations Director on caseloads, staffing, coverage, scheduling, and overall clinic flow
  • Partner with the operations team to uphold Brightstone policies and expectations for families and staff
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to monitor and address staff performance and accountability
  • Build and maintain a positive, accountable, collaborative, and supportive clinic culture
  • Provide clinical consultation and support to BCBAs and RBTs navigating complex cases
  • Partner with interdisciplinary colleagues across ABA, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Feeding Services to ensure coordinated, holistic care
  • Support strong communication and collaboration between clinical disciplines, families, and caregivers
  • Work with leadership to develop continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Help cultivate a strong clinical culture focused on ongoing learning, collaboration, and evidence-based practice
  • Support leadership initiatives designed to improve client outcomes, clinical quality, staff development, and overall clinic performance


What You Bring
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong clinical experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentorship experience preferred
  • Strong experience with FBAs, BIPs, treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical documentation
  • Strong understanding of ethical and evidence-based ABA practices
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback while building positive professional relationships
  • Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with leadership and administrative responsibilities
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams preferred
  • Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a strong plus


Compensation & Benefits
  • $105,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses
