The Accounting & Finance Innovation Office and Enterprise Center of Excellence Project Management Office (eCOE PMO) helps Accounting & Finance turn strategic priorities into sustainable business results. The team connects business strategy, project governance, process improvement, technology enablement, communications, and team member capability development across the organization.

Toyota's Accounting & Finance Innovation Office and Enterprise Center of Excellence Project Management Office (eCOE PMO) is looking for a passionate and highly motivated A&F PMO and Transformation Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to help move strategic initiatives from planning through execution by coordinating projects, preparing clear communications, maintaining governance and reporting, supporting continuous improvement, and using technology-enabled tools effectively.

Reporting to the A&F Innovation Office/eCOE PMO Manager, this role will help the team strengthen organizational effectiveness, improve business processes, develop team member capabilities, and execute Accounting & Finance's strategic priorities.

This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working across multiple initiatives, developing executive communications, coordinating projects, improving processes, and helping teams turn ideas into results.

What you'll be doing
  • Support A&F transformation initiatives-changes to processes, technology, ways of working, and organizational capabilities-by coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, maintaining action plans, and helping owners complete key deliverables.
  • Develop presentations, communications, meeting materials, executive summaries, and status updates to support leadership decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist with governance, reporting, and coordination for A&F priorities, including Hoshin planning (Toyota's strategy deployment process), team member capability development, financial systems and technology landscape activities, key performance indicator (KPI) initiatives, and other strategic programs.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through process documentation, meeting facilitation, issue tracking, and coordination of improvement activities.
  • Coordinate recurring operational activities such as leadership communications, budget and forecast support, onboarding activities, team events, intern program activities, and other departmental priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting & Finance, information technology, and other business functions to align priorities, surface and help resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. The role coordinates and enables the work while partnering with business and technology owners who remain accountable for their decisions and deliverables.
  • Support the responsible use of digital tools, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve team productivity, communication effectiveness, decision support, and business performance.


What you bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to create clear presentations, communications, reports, meeting materials, and executive-ready content.
  • Experience supporting projects, business operations, process improvement, governance, PMO, or transformation activities.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting change management, organizational communications, training coordination, or capability development activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and related collaboration tools. Experience with Microsoft Loop or Lists is helpful but not required.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity, communication, analysis, and continuous improvement activities while applying sound business judgment.

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods, process mapping, project management practices, or principles similar to the Toyota Way-Toyota's approach to continuous improvement and respect for people.
  • Familiarity with SAP applications, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, financial systems, or enterprise business processes.
  • Exposure to automation, analytics, systems implementation, data visualization, or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives.
