Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a Senior Office of the CEO Associate to serve as an execution partner to the CEO on company defining priorities. You will independently shape and lead work that crosses functional boundaries, often where the question is still unclear and the path forward must be built.
The ideal candidate pairs strategic judgment with operating discipline. You can develop a point of view, earn trust across the company, and drive a complex initiative from an initial question through a decision and into execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Own major CEO sponsored initiatives from definition through execution.
- Develop recommendations on capital allocation, expansion, partnerships, new markets, and company priorities.
- Lead cross functional teams through influence, clear decision making, and consistent follow through.
- Represent the CEO's office in selected internal and external workstreams.
- Prepare and pressure test materials for board meetings, investors, partners, customers, and executive decisions.
- Identify emerging issues and opportunities, define the required work, and move them toward resolution.
- Create operating plans, milestones, and accountability for initiatives that sit outside a single function.
- Coach junior team members and raise the quality of analysis and communication across shared projects.
Qualifications:- A typical candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or an operating role at a scaling company. We will consider candidates whose scope and results demonstrate the required level of ownership.
- Strong strategic and financial judgment, with the ability to form a clear recommendation from incomplete information.
- Experience leading complex projects across functions without relying on formal authority.
- Excellent executive communication and the ability to adapt detail for different audiences.
- High discretion, low ego, and a record of earning trust with senior leaders.
- Ability to move between analysis and hands on execution as the work requires.
- Experience in industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, critical materials, or climate related industries is helpful.
What We OfferThis base salary range reflects our best estimate for this role. The final package may vary based on experience and qualifications and includes eligibility for a discretionary bonus and equity.
Base Salary Range: $140,000 to $175,000
