Position Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives that advance critical business objectives across governance, operations, and technology.

Location: Remote (United States)

Responsibilities and/or Success Factors:
  • Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs and initiatives from initiation through implementation and closeout.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into executable program plans, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, resource requirements, and key milestones.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and POA&Ms through resolution.
  • Coordinate activities across business, operational, technical, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Define and manage program scope, objectives, requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Monitor program performance against schedule, budget, scope, quality, and business objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, steering committees, and executive-level program reviews.
  • Provide clear, concise program status reporting, including accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and required actions.
  • Proactively identify barriers to delivery and drive decisions, mitigation strategies, and corrective actions.
  • Manage program changes and evaluate impacts to scope, schedule, resources, cost, dependencies, and organizational readiness.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support implementation, operational readiness, change management, and successful transition to ongoing operations.

Minimum Qualifications Including Certificates:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project or program management experience, including responsibility for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong influencing skills to drive alignment, accountability, and adoption across stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability for program outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Experience managing scope, requirements, dependencies, change requests, and competing priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification


Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in government contracting or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and supporting cross-functional initiatives spanning governance and compliance, technology, and business operations.
