Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited U.S. College of Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist license in Arkansas required.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
• At least 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment, preferably 503A or 503B.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with patients and team members.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, USP standards, and cGMP principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Compound and dispense medications following regulatory and patient-specific guidelines.
• Provide consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication use and side effects.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of medication dispensing.
• Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
