We are urgently seeking a nurse for a 3 year old male GTUBE,TRACHEA and VENT Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am that resides in Chicago IL 60638. We are home health care company that specializes in long term 1-1 private nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on G-TUBES, TRACHEAS AND VENTILATORS. Differentials skills required: Posses a valid LPN or RN license on the state IL. Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN/LPN- Valid CPR card.
