ADP is hiring a 401(k) Product Manager I.

In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative 401(k) team members to enhance our ADP TotalSource Retirement Savings Plan. You'll collaborate with internal partners to help create product efficiencies for the Plan. These efficiencies will help the Plan stay compliant, manage cost, and save time.

We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Whether you're in meetings with Sales or Support or vendors you'll help create a product roadmap. You stay close to market trends and 401(k) legistlative changes to bring new ideas into the mix. You'll have 401(k) experience and confidently communicate.

To thrive in this role, you must have 401(k) knowledge, participate in multiple team initiatives. You'll have experience contributing to successful projects. You have held roles where you regularly collaborate and discuss ideas. Our best Product Managers are enthusiastic creators who stay current on the latest trends. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
  • Research & Requirements. You're always learning and researching. Monitoring new legislation and industry trends to understand the potential impact to our Plan.. You'll help facilitate required changes as well as what adds value to enhance the client experience, drive internal efficencies that align with ADP's goals.
  • You'll collaborate across multiple internal teams and external vendors to continually support innovative improvements.
  • You have experience monitoring effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and task prioritization.
  • Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working on a targeted client communication initiative or supporting product enhancements. Best part? You'll get to see those ideas come to life.
  • You'll communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders including the leadership team.
  • You have 3-5 years of 401(k) experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
