Full Job Description
The General Practice (Corporate) Group is comprised of subgroups including Capital Markets, Credit & Leveraged Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Executive Compensation, Financial Institutions, Intellectual Property, Latin America, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Development & Finance, and Restructuring & Special Situations. During the 24-month unassigned period following your start at the Firm, you will have the opportunity to work in many different substantive areas of our practice. At the end of the unassigned period, you will be assigned to one (or more) of the subgroups.

While associates in our Litigation, Tax, and Estates & Personal Groups are not divided into subgroups, they are equally encouraged to explore a broad range of work and may also elect to focus more or less on particular areas according to their interests.

We are looking for students with exceptional academic records, common sense, excellent communications skills, superior judgement and enthusiasm for our practice and the work that we do.
