Responsibilities

The 340B Program Manager – Contract Pharmacy focuses on managing 340B contract pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures. As a compliance expert, the 340B Manager acts as a liaison with affiliated departments to maintain program integrity and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. This position works closely with pharmacy, finance, compliance, and IT teams to optimize program performance, safeguard adherence to regulatory standards, and facilitate cost saving opportunities for eligible entities. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with TPAs, wholesalers, contract pharmacies, and pharmacy leadership to support decision-making for new processes.

Required qualifications:

  • Current state Pharmacy Technician License.
  • 5 years of experience in 340B program operations.
  • Strong knowledge of 340B compliance, regulations, and data analysis for identifying cost-saving opportunities.

    Preferred qualification:

  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) Certification preferred.
  • Experience with contract pharmacy workflows and TPAs preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,240.00 to $148,366.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
