By leading end-to-end financial oversight, masterfully handling complex reconciliations, and ensuring bulletproof compliance with HRSA and Ryan White regulations, your work will directly optimize our revenue and protect our mission.
If you love diving into data, solving puzzle-like discrepancies across purchasing and billing systems, and building seamless cross-functional bridges, you will thrive here.

Compliance & Audit Readiness - Regulatory Guardrails: Maintain strict, ongoing compliance with all 340B and Ryan White program requirements, specifically focused on preventing diversion and duplicate discounts.
- Audit-Ready Operations: Keep documentation meticulously organized and audit-ready to easily support HRSA audits and internal reviews.

Insights & Process Improvement - Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor program performance (revenue, costs, savings, and utilization trends) and build intuitive financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Optimize Workflows: Actively identify workflow gaps, implement process improvements, and provide data-backed recommendations for cost optimization.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field.
Schedule & Flexibility - Core Hours: Monday through Friday, featuring a flexible start window between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM (8-hour shifts).
- Work Structure: To ensure a smooth onboarding and strong team integration, this role is 100% on-site for the first 90 days. Afterward, you will transition to a hybrid schedule featuring 2 days of remote work from home per week.
