JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Manager in the 23 Wall team, you will innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle. You will be responsible for developing profitable technology solutions that provide value to the 23 Wall team and the firm’s largest clients. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you will guide the successful launch of CRM features, gather crucial feedback, and ensure delivery of top-tier advisor experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition 
  • Partnering with Technology and Design to execute 23 Wall’s digital strategy by writing epics and stories to guide Technology and Design work
  • Executes a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to 23 Wall advisors 
  • Partners closely with other private bank product managers to manage dependencies and align roadmaps
  • Manages recurring meetings with technology and design partners and represents 23 Wall’s interests and priorities in private bank product and technology forums
  • Manages and responds to urgent requests quickly and accurately
  • Develops presentations for internal audiences showing progress and 23 Wall technology products

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area 
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics 
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders in all functions
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
  • Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities with a positive attitude towards the flexible nature of the role
  • Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Extraordinarily high level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Ability to quickly analyze business practices to identify risk and develop innovative solutions
  • Superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in wealth management or investment banking
  • Previous experience writing technology requirements, epics, and JIRAs
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • A well-rounded academic background
