We are looking for a
Lead QA Analyst to join our growing team in Canada.
We are seeking a QA Analyst with experience in legal applications, data validation, and AI-related testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with QA and technical teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of legal and business-critical applications.
Good to have experience with Aderant, Workday, Salesforce, or Introhive / Microsoft Fabric
Required Skills- Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience with AI applications such as Claude, Deep Judge including business understanding of AI functionality and prompt validation.
- ETL testing and data validation across applications such as Aderant, Workday, Salesforce, and Introhive.
- Time Entry, Billing or Financial application testing.
- Legal domain experience is nice to have.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with QA, development, and technical teams throughout the testing life cycle.
- Create and maintain Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports.
- Perform functional, integration, and data validation testing.
- Participate in project meetings and provide testing updates and status reports.
- Track defects, retest fixes, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Utilize Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
Top 3 Must Haves:1. ETL and data validation experience
2. QA test case execution/ definition exp
3. Strong communication skills/Independent worker
