APPLICANTS WHO WERE NOT TRUIST INTERNS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED***Requisitions open to other external candidates will be posted at a later date, pending availability of open positions.The Wholesale Credit Delivery Asset Securitization Group (WCD-ASG) Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems and financial modeling training designed to give analysts all the tools they will need to be successful. After the classroom training, Analysts join the WCD - ASG and play a meaningful role in supporting senior investment banking professionals.
The WCD - ASG team underwrites and manages the debt capital Truist commits to its securitization client base. Wholesale Credit Delivery - Asset Securitization Group teammates work together with Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists, and Risk Managers to deliver capital and strategic ideas to the Truist client base. Post close of a debt funded transaction, WCD - ASG teammates lead the credit relationship with their clients and actively manage and monitor the credit profile and exposure levels across their portfolios.
The analyst program will introduce Wholesale Credit Delivery - Asset Securitization Group Analysts to Truist, corporate finance and specifically, securitization debt analysis. Analysts in this Wholesale Credit Delivery program will work with the Asset Securitization Group (ASG) team, where they will get the opportunity to focus on the debt profiles of Truist Securities' clients and support Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists and Risk Managers to deliver strategic solutions to Truist's clients. The WCD - ASG team analyzes companies' financial and asset performance, evaluates industry trends and identifies key risks and mitigants of a client's credit profile against our lending parameters and structures deals accordingly. ASG Analysts will work on asset cash flow analysis and underwriting credits to sharpen financial analysis skills.
The Wholesale Credit Delivery Analyst position is typically a two-year position. At the end of the two-year period, Analysts may be asked to remain in the role for an additional year.

This position is specifically for Atlanta, GA.The annual base salary for this position is $100,000 across all locations.
Minimum Requirements:- Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation date of December 2026 through June 2027
- Overall GPA of 3.0
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have been a 2026 summer intern.

- Strong interest in finance and investment banking
- Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
- High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
- Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
