Morrison Foerster ("MoFo") is seeking talented, ambitious 3L law students who value collaboration, teamwork, and commitment to excellence to join our 2027 First Year Associate class in the Transactions Department of our Denver office.
Who You Are- A third-year law student in good standing, enrolled in a full-time J.D. program at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required).
- Demonstrated record of academic achievement, with strong writing and interpersonal skills, proven leadership, and active community involvement.
- Geographical ties to the Bay Area.
- Experience or a strong interest in working in our transactions practice areas.
CompensationFirst-year associate salaries are $225,000 annually for the class of 2026. This may be modified in the future. Health and wellness benefits and paid holidays may also be included.
