Offers for the 2027 Summer Program will be extended upon receipt of a complete first semester transcript, which should be submitted as a supplement. We recognize the importance of your academic commitments and aim to accommodate your schedule as much as possible during the interview process.

1L Summer Experience Stipend: The firm will offer a $25,000 stipend to our 2027 2L Summer Associates who spend the 2026 summer engaged in qualifying legal work (as determined by the firm), including in nonprofit public interest organizations, judicial chambers, government positions and academic settings. We believe these experiences provide valuable exposure to different areas of practice and help students develop essential legal skills, preparing them to make the most of their experience at Skadden as Summer Associates and beyond.

Summer Associates are paid $4,326.92 per week.
