JOB DESCRIPTION

As a 2027 Global Investment Banking Full-time Associate within Investment Banking, you will work alongside top professionals to develop strategies that help our clients grow and innovate. You will analyze market data, build financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory. You will manage client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of senior leaders, and come up with innovative solutions to complex business challenges. You will also have the opportunity to sharpen your technical skills and build your professional network with mentors and senior executives.

 

This full-time program offers hands-on experience with extensive training. You'll spend four weeks with our leaders and top consultants learning about our products, services and business practices through interactive learning tools, case studies and modeling sessions. We provide extensive pre-training coursework to build your financial and economic expertise as well as dedicated Series 79 and 63 preparation.
