JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Global Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst, you'll join one of our industry coverage, specialized M&A, or Capital Markets teams and help advise clients on some of their most important strategic and financial decisions.

Analysts have the opportunity to work on a broad range of strategic and transaction-related assignments, including M&A, capital raising, and client advisory engagements. Through this experience, you'll develop technical expertise, deepen your understanding of companies and industries, and gain exposure to how investment banking teams work together to deliver solutions for clients.

You'll receive comprehensive training, hands-on learning opportunities, ongoing mentoring, and regular feedback. As you build your skills, you'll contribute to live client situations, develop technical and analytical skills, and work alongside experienced bankers across industry, M&A, and Capital Markets teams.

This experience will help you build a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, industry and company research, client advisory, and transaction execution while gaining insight into how investment banking teams collaborate to serve clients throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Build financial models, perform valuation analyses, and develop insights to support client engagements and transaction execution

  • Prepare presentations and other materials for client meetings, strategic reviews, financing discussions, and live transactions

  • Support advisory and capital markets assignments by conducting analysis, coordinating execution workstreams, and contributing to execution efforts

  • Develop knowledge of companies, industries, and market trends to support client coverage and business development activities

  • Partner across industry and product teams to help deliver integrated advice and solutions tailored to client needs

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while taking ownership of key deliverables in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly through written materials, presentations, and interactions with senior bankers and clients

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Fluency in English (Fluency means the ability to easily read, write, speak, and comprehend spoken English)

  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027 from a bachelor’s or master’s program (Master’s candidates must complete their degree within two years of receiving a bachelor’s degree)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 on a 4.0 scale

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. (To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We offer limited sponsorship to those enrolled in STEM degree programs that are heavily indexed in finance.)

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid foundation in corporate finance and financial analysis

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
