Investment Banking to join TD Securities as a Full-Time Analyst starting July 2027.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will work on a collaborative and dynamic team, during which you will develop extensive industry experience, build long-lasting relationships and create best-in-class, client-facing presentation materials and financial models. Day- to-day responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Perform various financial analyses and apply valuation tools to assess opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
- Draft external marketing materials and client pitch presentations
- Support in the execution of financing and M&A transactions
- Collaborate with various teams across the Corporate & Investment bank

Who We Are Looking For- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. For individuals whose work authorization is or will be based on F-1 optional practical training, your degree or anticipated degree must be in a qualifying STEM program, as reflected on your Form I-20.
- Results driven, proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills.
- High ethical and professional standards
- Prior Investment Banking (or similar) internship experience preferred.
- Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
- Proactive and highly motivated
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Demonstrated leadership (i.e., sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, and philanthropy, etc.)
The Investment Banking Analyst will provide specialized financial and statistical analysis on a broad range of marketing and execution activities, including conducting research, performing on-going analyses, preparing supporting documentation, and assisting in due diligence efforts on transactions.
Depth & Scope:- Works within a deal team under the overall direction of a senior officer
- Assists in the analysis of clients' financial situations, industry and market data, and M&A opportunities
- Assists in valuations of private and public companies
- Performs basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel
- Provides input on external client proposals and internal underwriting memos; assists in the preparation of client presentations based upon the above
- Establishes an environment that promotes respect for the individual employee and adheres to the policies and guidelines of the Bank
- Maintains confidentiality of client information
- Experienced working professional level role providing a broad range of support to the team
Education & Experience:- Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics;
