Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Drafting marketing materials, including offering memoranda and presentations

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of managers’ track record of investments

  • Performing financial modeling and analysis for property level and corporate level transactions

  • Coordinating investor meetings and responding to due diligence requests

  • Weekly reporting on investor activity and feedback to Clients

Park Hill Analysts are exposed to all elements of a private placement transaction and play a critical role throughout the engagement decision and marketing process. The Park Hill Analysts have significant interaction not only with senior principals at Park Hill, but also with clients and investors. As a result, Park Hill Analysts develop a deep understanding of the real estate private equity marketplace.

Qualifications:

We seek to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, organized, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:

  • A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure

Prior real estate and/or finance experience is preferred.

Requirements:

To be considered for the 2027 Full-Time Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate* student

  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 6 Spring 2027

  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
