Description

The Rozanne and Billy Rosenthal Department of Management at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin is hiring tenure-track faculty positions in Strategic Management and in Organizational Behavior to join in the fall of 2027. Our primary focus will be on candidates nearing completion of their Ph.D. who are applying for an Assistant Professor position, though we encourage experienced junior faculty candidates to apply as well.

Qualifications

Candidates for our faculty positions must demonstrate an ability for high-quality research that will have a major impact on the field of management. Candidates must also be able to teach successfully at the undergraduate, MBA, and/or executive level. A Ph.D. (or very near completion) from an accredited institution is required. Applicants must have fully completed their Ph.D. by the start date of the appointment.
