You'll work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. Throughout the program, you'll learn about our business and our clients while building your own expertise.
As an Associate in the Global Private Bank, you will gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. No client has identical goals, so understanding their unique needs and tailoring our approach to exceed expectations requires work across teams and the firm to provide first-class service. Our dedicated program management group will provide guidance and feedback throughout the program to foster your growth and maximize your experience through training classes, our senior speaker series, market discussions and networking opportunities.

Job responsibilities- Work with our team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and to serve existing ones.
- Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth.
- Learn the fundamentals of the wealth management business by partnering with a successful Private Banking team, accountable for identifying and managing high net worth and ultra-high net worth client relationships.
- Work in teams to foster client relationships and present strategic solutions that help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills- MBA candidates with 3+ years' work experience
- Attend college/university in the U.S.
- Expected graduation date of May 2026 through December 2026
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong quantitative skills, a passion for investing, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends
- Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly inquisitive, focused, and pro-active
- Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
