What You Will Do:- Track and manage hardware throughout the repair and return process
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Program Office, Receiving, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Shipping
- Ensure all repair items are accurately recorded and monitored in the workflow system.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that clearly communicate repair status to stakeholders.
- Analyze material availability to support contract requirements, identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive actions to meet program commitments
- Schedule, coordinate, and expedite movement of repair items through the process
- Use standard MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to support reporting and analysis
Qualifications You Must Have:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, General Management, Engineering or related field.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required)
Qualifications We Prefer:- Strong foundation in logistics, problem-solving, and project management
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience with material planning, order execution, and project management
Working knowledge of Production and Planning Control fundamentals, including MRP and Inventory Management

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
