Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Owns strategy and execution for a moderately complex product. Independently drives customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market execution. Researches and verifies customer needs by building consistent customer connections, collecting feedback, and identifying experience gaps. Defines and manages strategy and business objectives by benchmarking competition and setting product-level KPIs. Mentors junior PMs and leads cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Customer & Problem Understanding:
Researches and validates customer needs through consistent engagement, journey mapping, and analysis of product usage and operational data.
Identifies insights that inform product decisions, improve customer value, and address gaps or risks in product experiences.
Designs and implements barrier-free processes that address customer pain points; coaches team members on customer-centricity.
Frames clear, measurable problem statements with defined success metrics, ensuring work is anchored to customer outcomes.
Simplifies and improves processes to drive customer satisfaction within profitability and operational targets.

Product Vision & Strategy:
Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by benchmarking competition, analyzing market opportunities, and setting product-level KPIs.
Articulates problem statements and hypotheses using first-principles thinking; explores new areas for long-term product opportunity and value creation.
Communicates product strategy, vision, and unit economics to stakeholders; develops go-to-market levers for user adoption.
Identifies where AI and emerging technologies can differentiate the product experience and create competitive advantages.

Product Lifecycle Management:
Develops and manages product roadmaps by gathering and documenting requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and aligning priorities based on customer and business impact.
Manages backlog and priority trade-offs; navigates organizational constraints and ensures effective rollout and scaling using MVP approaches.
Collaborates with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business partners to deliver solutions and communicate product performance insights.
Owns launch readiness, including operational workflows, telemetry plans, training, and success-metric tracking post-launch.

Data & AI:
Conducts product analytics through structured data collection and evaluation (e.g., adoption, usage, churn, NPS, conversion), informing prioritization and feature optimization.
Applies experimentation (A/B testing, rapid prototyping) to validate assumptions and inform product direction.
Leverages AI-powered tools and data capabilities to improve the product development lifecycle and decision quality.
Translates data insights into compelling narratives that influence prioritization and stakeholder alignment.

Technology Orientation & Collaboration:
Demonstrates understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and InfoSec processes to represent technology requirements effectively.
Leverages knowledge of competitor products, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies to influence feasibility assessments.
Drives informed discussions with engineering teams on feasibility, risks, and technical trade-offs.
Builds and maintains consistent customer connections; solicits feedback and creates customer journeys to identify touchpoints.

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and promoting a belonging mindset in workplace.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
