Position Summary: We have an immediate opening for a full-time Director, Strategic Sourcing- Corporate Services, working within our Center of Excellence team. You will primarily serve as the Professional Services category leader, responsible for building, scaling, and commercializing a best-in-class Professional Services sourcing practice across our client portfolio, while also supporting Financial Services-related sourcing initiatives as needed. In this role, you will define the vision, develop differentiated service offerings, and lead complex sourcing engagements while driving measurable value for clients. This position partners closely with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape sourcing strategies, and expand demand for our services. This position reports directly to the Managing Director, Center of Excellence - Corporate Services.
Responsibilities:- Create and maintain sourcing playbooks, category strategies, templates, and negotiation frameworks specific to Professional Services (e.g., Consulting, BPO, Tax, Audit, etc.) and/or Finance (e.g., Banking, Recovery, Payments / Credit Card processing, Armored cars, etc.).
- Lead complex, high-value sourcing engagements across Professional Services and Finance, delivering measurable cost savings, risk mitigation, and service improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Professional Services, advising internal stakeholders and clients on market trends, supplier landscape, and cost drivers.
- Partner with client C-level and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape sourcing strategies, and drive adoption of services.
- Proactively drives demand for sourcing services by supporting business development efforts, including client presentations, proposals, and solution design.
- Collaborating with industry pod leaders and cross-functional teams to integrate Professional Services sourcing into broader category strategies and client engagements.
- Build and manage supplier strategies, including supplier selection, performance management, and innovation partnerships within the Professional Services ecosystem.
- Track and report on program performance, including savings, value delivery, pipeline, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Mentor and support team members, contributing to capability building within the Corporate Services sourcing team.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging solutions in the Professional Services and Finance spaces to continuously evolve the offering.
- Build supplier relationships to understand their capabilities and business drivers. Bring that knowledge to bear when presenting options and recommended strategies to clients.
Required Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10-15 years cross-functional experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing with deep expertise in Professional Services and/or Finance.
- Proven experience developing sourcing strategies and program offerings for complex categories and leading large-scale sourcing events.
- Prior experience interfacing with clients and/or stakeholders at all organizational levels, especially within a services industry (e.g., professional consulting, BPO, outsourcing).
- Experience driving change management and building cross-functional consensus.
- Strong communication skills with the proven ability to interact effectively with suppliers, and internal, and client stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with the keen ability to deliver on client expectations, influencing others or escalating as needed to do so.
- Proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility in areas beyond the defined scope of work.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to client service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail; strong organizational and project management skills to ensure on-time delivery.
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
Travel: This role will require +/-15% travel.

NOTE: The listed compensation range reflects the anticipated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and job-related factors, and may include additional benefits consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
Pay Range
$125,000-$185,000 USD
