Full Job Description
Our Director, Talent Delivery will lead fulfillment teams responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle across global teams and clients. This role ensures seamless recruitment execution, a strong candidate experience, and the delivery of high-quality talent.

The Director will be accountable for operational performance, client and candidate satisfaction, and strategic plans that drive growth and results. This leader will help shape the future of talent acquisition while delivering a white-glove experience for our Fortune 100 clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders within client delivery and Operational Excellence to execute strategic initiatives, create and adhere to operating and service level agreements, and ensure seamless service delivery

  • Operational Performance & Efficiency: Monitor performance trends to make data-driven adjustments to individual and team goals, while ensuring alignment in work allocation and resource forecasting

  • Team Management: Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management for fulfillment teams, and make strategic hiring and termination decisions

  • Candidate Experience & Engagement: Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing team to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, enhance candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences, as measured by candidate NPS

  • P&L Accountability: Monitor the financial performance of the fulfillment function and identify opportunities to improve cost-efficiency while maintaining service quality

  • Governance: Ensure recruitment fulfilment activities align with industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and client-specific guidelines to maintain operational integrity and minimize risk; Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance the candidate experience

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years managing operational delivery teams
  • Global and offshore experience
  • Proven exposure in P&L management, with ability to optimize resource allocation, and drive cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality service delivery
  • Strong track record of fostering long-term retention of internal teams
  • Expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and leading teams to deliver on complex recruitment projects
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with senior executives, peers, and operational leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Location: Virtual, with a preference for Denver, CO

Base pay range for this position is $120,075-$200,000. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
