Job Summary At this time, only current PSEG employees are being considered. This role will lead the strategy, redesign, and execution of myPSEGconnect and support employee experience and engagement programs, including employee listening, recognition and other engagement initiatives.
The role is responsible for building and executing a comprehensive strategy for myPSEGconnect to improve the site and user experience aligned with the company's employee experience and engagement objectives; specifically, driving integration between employee experience and engagement strategy and digital touchpoints. The role will also leverage AI-enabled functionality to enhance self-service access, personalization, and workforce productivity and support workforce optimization in related initiatives.
Job Responsibilities- Lead development and execution of a comprehensive strategy to modernize myPSEGconnect; define the vision, roadmap, governance model, content architecture, and success metrics aligned to employee experience strategy. Ensure the website serves as a primary channel to reinforce engagement initiatives and enterprise culture.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and IT to redesign site structure, improve usability, and ensure accurate, accessible, and intuitive employee-facing content.
- Leverage AI-enabled website functionality (e.g., chatbots, intelligent search, personalization tools) to enhance employee self-service, streamline access to HR platforms, and improve user experience.
- Establish performance metrics and analytics to measure website adoption, engagement, and employee satisfaction; continuously optimize based on data insights.
- Support enterprise employee listening and recognition programs, including survey and listening activities, recognition initiatives, communications, and program execution. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate employee feedback and program insights into actions that strengthen the employee experience and engagement.
- Support additional employee experience and engagement initiatives, including enterprise events and other programs that strengthen the employee experience.
- As an employee of PSE&G, during storm/outage restoration efforts, may be required to perform functions different from normal operations and the regular work schedule. May also be required to work in an alternate location.
Job Specific Qualifications- BA/BS with 5 years relevant experience; 8 years in lieu of degree
Other Qualifications/Skills:- Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to create and curate digital content
- Familiarity with workplace culture initiatives and related change management
- Experience working with intranet or website platforms and developing digital roadmaps
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or digital self-service platforms
- Background in Human Resources with an understanding of HR policies, practices, and centers of excellence
