Job Description
Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist!

Are you passionate about making a real impact on the lives of families? Do you thrive in a dynamic, creative and changing environment?

We are looking for a compassionate and innovative Speech Therapist to join our team to work with infants, toddlers, and their families, empowering them to overcome challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth in their child's development.

As a Speech Therapist, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of Early Interventionist, speech, occupational and physical therapist, that provides direct speech intervention to families of children with a diagnosed disability or developmental delay. We have a strong focus on building relationships with families to help children succeed in their natural environments, whether that's at home, daycare, or in community settings. Plus, you will be able to connect with families and provide support through a hybrid model of in-person and/or telehealth services.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with Families and Team Members: Work alongside families, doctors, other professionals and community partners to evaluate needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and track progress. You'll help the whole family gain the tools to assist their child with meeting their full potential.

Use Creative Coaching Strategies: Implement the Coaching Model, which lets families take the lead in their child's development, ensuring that interventions are personalized and integrated into everyday activities.

Trauma-Informed Care: Approach every interaction with empathy and respect, using Trauma-Informed Care principles to create a safe and supportive environment for families. This role isn't just about providing services, it's about making meaningful connections, sparking creative solutions, and helping families navigate their unique journeys in a way that works for them. If you're a self-starter with a knack for thinking outside the box, we want you to help families shine!
