Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Virginia to provide high-quality teletherapy services in a fully remote setting, as a

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Provide video-based behavioral health assessment with patients
- Assist with de-escalation and stabilization
- Phone or video capture any readily available collateral information from other sources
- Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships to gain understanding of an individual's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- Provide written recommendation on next level of assessment or care
- Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
- Maintain all required certifications and licenses
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Clinicians must have active state license
- 2+ years of experience since obtaining license
- Intermediate to advanced experience with technology
- Strong communication skills
- Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred
POSITION LOGISTICS - Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality
- You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.
