We're looking for a Buyer II to join our team and contribute to the delivery of mission-critical programs. In this role, you'll be responsible for securing the materials, services, and components needed for production - all while navigating supplier relationships and maintaining a keen focus on delivery schedules. You'll collaborate closely with program leads, sourcing teams, and suppliers to enable a smooth flow of production, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery to keep programs on track.

The ideal candidate brings strong purchasing experience - typically 5 or more years - alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus, as is a relevant certification in procurement or supply chain. This role calls for someone who can handle competing priorities, solve problems under pressure, and successfully negotiate for desirable pricing and delivery terms, all while keeping supplier relationships strong and constructive.
