The U.S. Army Acquisition Support Center (USAASC) is a subordinate command of the U.S. Army Acquisition Support Center. It is responsible for providing oversight and guidance to the Army Acquisition Workforce, which includes more than 40,000 military and civilian personnel. The USAASC is also responsible for managing the Army Acquisition Corps, which is made up of more than 1,500 officers and civilians who are responsible for acquiring and managing the Army's weapons systems and other equipment. The USAASC is headquartered at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
