The United Church of Christ (UCC) is a mainline Protestant Christian denomination based in the United States. The UCC was founded in 1957 and has since grown to become one of the largest Protestant denominations in the country. The UCC is known for its progressive views on social issues, including LGBTQ rights, racial justice, and environmentalism.
